John Arehart is the primary point of contact for Emerson Creek Wind. John has been a part of the Apex team since 2009. During this time, he has helped develop wind projects across Ohio, as well as other states in the Midwest and Virginia.

Jessica Walsh is a Senior Development Manager for Apex Clean Energy and works on other wind and solar projects in New York and Ohio. She started out as an intern for Apex in December of 2017 and was hired on full-time in November of 2018. She is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience. Jessica is eager to work closely with the public to promote renewable energy and community benefits across Ohio.
Nate Pedder is the secondary point of contact for Emerson Creek Wind. Nate was born and raised in Michigan. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and political science from North Carolina State University. He has spent the last five years working on Apex’s projects in Ohio, North Carolina and South Dakota.

Callie Chaplain is a Project Developer for Apex Clean Energy working on wind and solar projects in Ohio and Kentucky. She graduated from James Madison University in May 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Science and Technology, and was hired by Apex shortly after. She has been working closely with the Emerson Team since she started and is looking forward to learning more about this project and meeting members of the community.
